Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and the best customer experience. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below:


1. General Return Conditions

Customers are eligible to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match the order
  • The product experiences malfunction upon first use (Dead on Arrival / DOA)

Return requests must be submitted within 2 x 24 hours after the product is received (based on delivery status).


2. Return Requirements

To process your return request, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

  • Provide a full unboxing video (no cuts, from start to finish)
  • Product must be in complete condition (including box, accessories, and bonuses)
  • Product has not been misused or physically damaged due to improper handling
  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)

Note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email
  2. Submit the required evidence:
    • Unboxing video
    • Product photos
    • Description of the issue
  3. Our team will verify within 1–3 business days
  4. If approved, the customer will be instructed to return the product

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the issue is caused by our error → Return shipping cost will be covered by us
  • If not → Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Replacement product is not available
  • Incorrect item sent by our team
  • Product is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced

Refund methods:

  • Bank transfer or e-wallet (as agreed)
  • Processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

6. Product Replacement

If stock is available, customers may receive:

  • The same product as a replacement, or
  • An equivalent product based on mutual agreement

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products without an unboxing video
  • Products that have been heavily used
  • Certain accessories (if stated as non-warranty items)

8. Product Warranty

  • Selected electronic products are covered by official warranty (as stated in product description)
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Drops or physical impact
    • Water exposure (unless waterproof)
    • Improper usage
